Ali v. Federal Bureau of PrisonsThis case is known as Ali v. Federal Bureau of Prisons because a man named Ali was against the prison he was in because all his belongings were lost while being transferred into another jail. The Eleventh Circuit Court made this case declared. The Eleventh Circuit Court held that the treatment of merchandise fell within the meaning of “detention” and that the officers were “low enforcement officials”. The court district released the case for chortage of subject substance jurisdiction, or authority, because the government was unwilling. This means that the court thought that this case wasn’t important like other cases. What I thought about this case was that I agreed with the man because he lost items that might have been very valuable to him. I think that the amendment that belongs to this case is Amendment 1 because it has freedom of speech, and that is what the man did.
